The SCMDT funded the commissioning and production of six short films that told the stories of several local heroes – boxer Bob Fitzsimmons, runner Jack Lovelock, racehorse Phar Lap, and inventors Bill Hamilton, Colin Murdoch and Richard Pearse.
These have been viewed by visitors to the Museum and used with educational groups.
