The SCMDT fully funded the redevelopment of the Museum’s Education Space to create a well-equipped AV theatre with updated storage for educational material used in school programmes.
The room has also been used for meetings and training, and for supporting community groups such as the South Canterbury Historical Society and local genealogical group.
